These terms cover the hosted NotesGraph service at app.notesgraph.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
NotesGraph is a note-taking and planning application. It can optionally connect to third-party services, such as a calendar, at your request and under your control.
You own what you write. Creating an account grants no ownership of your content to us. We store and process it only to operate the Service for you — for example, to sync it between your devices and show it back to you.
You are responsible for what you store, and for having the right to store it.
Do not use the Service to:
Connecting an account from another service (a calendar, for instance) is optional and initiated by you. What we do with data from those connections is described in the Privacy Policy. Those services have their own terms, which are between you and them, and we are not responsible for their behaviour or availability.
The Service is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. There is no uptime guarantee. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued, and features may be added or removed.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. The Service offers export, and self-hosting is available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. Deleting your account removes your workspaces, their content, and any connected third-party accounts, as described in the Privacy Policy.
NotesGraph can be self-hosted. These terms govern the hosted Service only. If you run your own server, or use someone else's, these terms do not apply to it — that operator is responsible for it, and any third-party integrations there use their credentials, not ours.
These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and where a change materially affects you we will say so in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
